Our specially perfected ritual fighting program has taught students to avoid fighting before it has begun. You will learn pre-delimitation techniques, thanks to which you will be able to assess each situation and avoid possible problems. The best self – defense is to learn to avoid dangerous people and places.
Our Kung Fu lessons will give you health right after you start training. You will breathe better, sleep deeper and be more energetic.

Our self-defense system works on two levels:

Wing Chun Kuen
Wing Chun Kung Fu yra kinų kovos menas, kilęs iš pietų Šaolinio šventyklos. Šiame vienuolyne viena treniruočių salė buvo vadinama Wing Chun Dim arba Amžinojo pavasario salė. Šio kovos meno pasekėjai buvo vadinami Wing Chun Kuen arba amžinojo pavasario kumščiu.
Taip nutiko, kad šventykla buvo sudeginta, o kovos menas perduodamas paslapčia iki 1950 metų, kol jis tapo visiems prieinamas Honkonge.

Meet the leaders
I am 26, I started to be interested in martial arts from an early age, I started doing sports at the age of 20. Wing Tjun trainings are enjoyed because the they cover a wide range, develop endurance, speed, strength, discipline, self-confidence, and so on. The goal is to achieve as much as possible and the circumstances allow. Also delay the regression of physical data. I work in the field of Medicine, Pharmacy referent. Sifu Sergio’s training is beneficial in that you can see how much can be achieved through hard work, his accomplishments become part of the goal for everyone.

I was interested in martial arts as a child. Wing Tjun attracted with its versatility and efficiency. I am a civil servant, so it is important for me that the combat-self-defense techniques I learn are applied not only in fatal duels or sports, but also meet the criteria of legality. Sifu Sergio’s teaching is sincere, thorough, and profound, so I think both beginners and experienced can benefit from his knowledge.
